ROBERT BORG – MANAGER

Rob became Manager of Westray Engineering in late December of 2010 when Greg Sewell Forgings P/L purchased the company from Geoff Simpson. Rob has been in the fastener industry all of his working life (July 1987), where he was originally employed with WFE Sales (West Footscray Engineering's Sydney Sales Division). His first experience and involvement in the manufacturing industry commenced in the year of 2000 and by 2005 Rob became the National Sales Manager for Greg Sewell Forgings P/L - this is actually a position that he still holds in conjunction with his new Managerial role right here at Westray Engineering.

LEO TALEVKSI – TECHNICAL MANAGER (CONSULTING)

Leo has in excess of twenty years experience in the forging industry and is Westray’s expert in assessing forging processes. He is internationally recognised as one of Australia’s leading technical experts in hammer and upset forging. Through his wide ranging travel, he has developed many international contacts in the industry and has undertaken a UN funded consulting project in Asia. Leo owns his own consulting business in forging design and is retained by Westray to ensure that we remain Australia’s leading forging business.

JOHN DOUGHTY – ACCOUNT MANAGER

John is another long serving Westray employee, having been with the company for over thirty years. With an extensive knowledge of products and applications, John enjoys widespread respect in the industry. He is responsible for sales to Westray’s existing customer base and for developing new sales to them.

SHAREN RIXON – ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Sharen joined Westray in 1984. She controls all aspects of Westray’s day to day accounting requirements, company payroll and computer systems. Sharen also coordinates Westray’s OH&S and personnel policies and procedures.
